Some users are currently unable to log emails from Gmail into Upsales. This does not affect email connections within Upsales itself. We’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.
The issue has now been resolved. Gmail email logging is working as expected again. We’ll continue to monitor the fix to ensure full stability.
Some users may notice that meetings created in Upsales are not syncing to their Outlook calendars. We’ve identified the issue and are working on a fix. Until it’s resolved, we recommend creating new meetings directly in your Outlook calendar. Once the issue is fixed, meetings will sync back to Upsales as normal.
