We are currently experiencing degraded performance for some of our onboarding and Remote Deposit Capture services due to a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) outage. Specifically, several of our third-party providers responsible for checks and KYC are impacted, which may result in delays or partial failures during onboarding flows and check deposit Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we learn more from GCP and our affected providers. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) has reported improvements on their end, and we are observing recovery across affected services. We’re seeing successful API requests for check deposits, which are being processed as expected. Our KYC/KYB providers also appear to be operational at this time. We will continue to closely monitor all systems and provider integrations to ensure full stability. A final update will be shared once we confirm that all services are fully restored.
