Feb 20, 08:11 PST Investigating - We are currently investigating our in-app cancellation requests being blocked by an external form error. Please contact our support team at https://unbounce.com/contact-us/support/ to have cancellations manually processed.

Dec 14, 23:45 PST Resolved - The issue should now be resolved as we see traffic volumes have now returned to normal. Dec 14, 22:00 PST Monitoring - The resolution has been implemented and are seeing recovery. We will continue to monitor as the recovery propagates across the network. Dec 14, 21:36 PST Identified - Unbounce is currently experiencing an outage on ubpages.com. Visitors can be met with an error when trying to load a live page published to a ubpages.com domain. Other domains are unaffected. If you're using an ubpages.com domain for a campaign then we would recommend pausing the campaign until the issue is resolved. We have identified the issue and are currently working towards resolution.

Nov 28, 16:06 PST Scheduled - We'll be performing scheduled maintenance on the application starting at 6:00 PM PT on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025. Maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours. During this window, you may experience intermittent disruptions or degraded performance within the Unbounce application. Published pages will not be affected.

Oct 29, 08:40 PDT Resolved - Publishing functionality is fully restored. All pages that were previously stuck in publishing have now been published. No further action is required from users. Oct 29, 08:22 PDT Monitoring - Publishing pages is operational again, and we are monitoring to ensure everything remains stable. Oct 29, 08:08 PDT Investigating - We’re currently investigating an issue preventing pages from being published in Unbounce. Users may see the “We’re publishing your page” message indefinitely, and the publishing process does not complete. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full publishing functionality as soon as possible. We’ll provide updates here as they become available.

Sep 3, 09:42 PDT Investigating - When visiting app.unbounce.com customers may experience intermittent issues with the page list not loading (showing up as blank). It's good to note that refreshing app.unbounce.com usually makes the page list show up again. Our developers are investigating and this space will be updated once we have more information.

Jul 8, 15:32 PDT Resolved - This issue has now been resolved. Any leads that came in during the incident have been processed and should now be visible in Mailchimp and any new leads pushed via the Mailchimp integration are being processed as per normal. Thank you for your patience while we addressed this issue. Jul 8, 11:07 PDT Identified - Unbounce is currently experiencing a delay in delivering leads to Mailchimp. Lead data will still be delivered and is still being collected by Unbounce. Leads can be viewed in the view leads section of the page overview screen and can be exported as a csv file. Jun 13, 14:43 PDT Resolved - We found an issue with an update to the Unbounce App that was made earlier today and have reverted that change. All navigation and other functionality should now be working/displaying as per normal. Thank you for your patience while we investigated this issue. Jun 13, 14:38 PDT Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where the Unbounce App's left hand navigation briefly loads and then disappears for users that are invitees on an account. Jun 9, 15:50 PDT Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Our system has caught up with delivering all of the backlogged leads via Webhook. No lead data was lost. A fix has been implemented and the button is working in Classic Builder again. We are now monitoring the progress.

A fix has been implemented. If your Popup or Sticky Bar isn't appearing still, try unpublishing and republishing them in the meantime. This should help purge the cache and allow the Popup or Sticky Bar to appear successfully.

New domains that were added after 10am PST (Feb 5) are stuck in the configuration stage because of an outage upstream with Cloudflare. Domains added before the outage are not affected. We are monitoring the issue and we'll be back with an update when the Cloudflare outage is resolved.
