TurnPoint has now resetablished a connection with the Server. We are seeing downgraded performance and are currently working through those issues. We recommend that you continue to use the backup system whilst we work through the remaining issues. https://backup.turnpointcare.com.au/

TurnPoint is now back online, however we are continuing to monitor the issue. We are also waiting for confirmation from our Server Provider that the issue is fully resolved on their end. If you are still experiencing issues or you have any further concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.
