    A number of customers are experiencing loss of service due to a network fault. We are investigating this, and we'll provide an update when we know more. Further updates will be provided as the situation progresses.

    Our field team have located the area of impact and are currently working on a plan to repair the damage. At this stage there is no estimated time of repair.

    Our field team are progressing well towards repairing the damaged network and restoring impacted services. The team will continue working through the day to complete the repair and restore services. At this stage the estimated restoration time is 4pm.

    Work has progressed well throughout the day. Most services have been restored. We expect the remaining services to be restored tomorrow.
