An upgrade to one our databases has not gone as smoothly as expected. We are currently working on getting it back and running properly.

We have been unable to mitigate the issue to acceptable levels without it resulting in service degradation. A closer careful look will be required tomorrow to resolve this incident. Customers using Product Review widgets with review sharing (the affected customers) would see they are still working and showcasing their own product reviews. Only shared reviews will not be visible.
