    On 1/4/2023 between approximately 10AM and 2;30PM EST, customers utilizing our Custom Road Speeds feature in for RouteReport APIs may have experienced a number of calls returning an error stating "Cannot deserialize the current JSON object...". This issue was identified and has since been resolved. Trimble Maps Engineering is taking the proper precautions to mitigate any reoccurrences.
