  6. postmortem Aug 11, 2026, 02:19 PM UTC

On Wednesday, August 5th, 2026, we deployed a backend system update designed to enhance performance and transaction processing on the Transporeon Platform. While the update was successfully executed across the vast majority of our customer base, it caused an unexpected data transmission disruption for a small subset of users. Consequently, a rollback was initiated; during this process, an operational oversight led to temporary data transmission degradation and subsequent processing delays. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and are actively implementing corrective measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We'd love to know how we did with our communications during this incident.
