Some customers may be missing Real-Time Visibility statuses in the Transport Assignment module for certain transports that were correctly tracked in the Visibility Hub during the period from April 26, 2025, to May 7, 2025. This issue stems from a synchronization glitch between the Visibility Hub and the Transport Assignment module. If you are experiencing missing statuses in Transport Assignment but have them in the Visibility Hub within the specified timeframe, please reach out to our support team by submitting a request at http://support.transporeon.com.
