Some customers may have experienced degraded performance of the Autonomous Procurement module, impacting only offer acceptance, from approximately 11:00 AM CEST to 12:40 PM CEST on Monday, April 13th, 2026. There was no impact on data integrity during the incident, and all data was reprocessed after the fix was deployed. This incident affected only the Autonomous Procurement module; all other Transporeon modules remained unaffected, and you could continue working with them without interruption during this time.
