    For about 15 minutes we observed an increase in number of request timeouts for order placement and cancellation for REST and FIX APIs. This was caused by a short period of connectivity issues occurred inside AWS infrastructure resulting in several internal services being impacted. The network issues seem to have been resolved. We have observed further connectivity issues after this incident but with less intensity and impact.
