A software update for Verify will be available July 29th. Release 2.3.1 is an over-the-air (OTA) update. Automatic updates will take place for devices, and if a device is currently in Unattended Mode, it will return to that state after the update completes. Once the Verify application update has taken place, a TSE settings refresh will also be required for the fix within the update to be fully implemented. A settings refresh is automatically triggered after Verify application updates. This patch release resolves an issue where Sale transactions could fail for merchants with certain product setups.
