Engineers have determined that a phased restart of services should re-enable online lookups for this subset of clients and we are starting that process now. There should be no impact to existing services. Online Postings will be fixed with service restarts over night. Clients who are experiencing connection errors with Online Postings may need to retry postings from the Online Service Manager after the services have been restarted.
