We are currently experiencing issues with connectivity between certain modules within Illumia Payments and a subset of client ERP systems. The impact is specifically to a subset of online lookups performed in Cashiering or Customer Research Center (CRC) as well as to a subset of Online Posting connections. Interfaces that use Transact Exchange are not impacted.
