Our cloud provider continues to troubleshoot the issue that is causing delays in certain order routing operations. We would like to provide some additional clarity on the specific impacts: Orders being sent from Illumia Mobile Ordering to Cloud POS are not being delayed. Orders being sent from Cloud POS registers or kiosks to the kitchen using Local Routing will reach KDS units and kitchen printers promptly, but will take additional time to be recorded on the backend system for reporting purposes. Orders being send from Cloud POS registers or kiosks to the kitchen using Cloud Routing will encounter delays.
