    Illumia engineers will be restarting the VPN concentrator for required maintenance between 4:30am and 5:00am ET, Tuesday October 13th. For a brief time during the maintenance window, some cloud-deployed TSE clients will be unable to connect to their hosted server and clients using VPNs to connect to the Oracle database will be unable to connect.
