    Our primary upstream registry provider is undergoing major technical issues. They have dispatched engineers on site are are waiting for vendor hardware replacement. No ETA given yet. During this time domain management is unavailable, cPanel management via the console is also unavailable. Your domain(s) / cPanel hosting / DNS / Forwarders remain online. An update will be provided at 10:00AM AEST

    Engineers on site have started replacing required hardware and systems are starting to be recovered at the provider. No ETA yet on service resumption at TPP at this stage. Next update at 11:30 AM AEST

    We have been made aware of Microsoft 365 customers receiving an email from Microsoft directly with the subject "Your Granular admin relationship with CentralNic Group Australia expires soon". Please be advised that this happened without our prior knowledge and we have reached out to our Microsoft 365 Partner for urgent clarification. From our understanding, we believe that this is in relation to the strict guidelines that Microsoft have in place for Administrative rights that are assigned to TPP Wholesale, in order to access the tenant. Please understand that there is no impact to the Microsoft 365 service itself, along with the ability to purchase licenses through TPP. We will provide an update on this matter as soon as we have clarified the situation with our Partner. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

    We have confirmed with our Microsoft 365 Partner that the recent email about "Your Granular admin relationship with CentralNic Group Australia expires soon" pertains to Microsoft’s new Granular Delegated Admin Permissions (GDAP) system. - No Service Impact: Your Microsoft 365 services and license purchases through TPP Wholesale are unaffected. - GDAP Guidelines: The email is related to Microsoft’s updated security measures for administrative access, which we are addressing to ensure compliance. We appreciate your patience and are here to assist with any questions you may have.

The Platform team are currently investigating this issue as a matter of urgency. The next update will be provided by 14:00pm AEST

    We're currently experiencing an issue with the automatic renewal of the AutoSSL following the recent update to cPanel Version 120. As cPanel removed most of the providers of AutoSSL, it now means that we are forced to use Let’s Encrypt as the sole provider of this service. Our team is actively working with cPanel to ensure a swift resolution, who have confirmed this is a known issue affecting cPanel since the v120 update. If you are affected by this issue then please feel free to contact the Support team directly to arrange the manual renewal of the certificate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.

    The platform team are continuing to work with cPanel directly for a solution to the ongoing issue that is currently affecting the automatic renewal of the AutoSSL provided by Let's Encrypt.     The Platform Team have implemented a manual hotfix which ensures that AutoSSL certificates will be automatically renewed prior to the expiration date. As such, we can confirm that the issue has now been resolved but we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if necessary. The next update will be provided on 14/06/2024.
