We experienced an issue with Email Reports and Forwarding SMS replies (not being received through email) at 07:53 AM (AEDT). This issue has been identified and fixed by our technical team at 11:57 AM (AEDT) As for API sending errors, the issue has started at 11:13 AM (AEDT) and was identified and fixed at 11:56 AM (AEDT) All functions should be operational and back to normal as usual.
