    There was a backlog between 7:00 and 11:00 UTC in our reminders notifications queue, resulting in many 2-hour pre-tour reminders being delayed. Note that transactional confirmations, booking updates, and cancellations were unaffected, as they route into a different, high-priority queue for instant delivery. We are still investigating the root cause to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

    There was an overnight disruption the prevented AI suggested responses and AI auto-responses from generating. This was caused by a billing glitch on Open AI despite the credit card on file being valid. We have escalated the internal alerting if this happens again. This is now resolved and we are back-populating any messages that arrived for which a suggested reply was not generated.
