NextGen FOCUS 15-minute forecast products over South America are experiencing degraded quality. Affected products include: Precipitation, temperature, wind, visibility, humidity, and pressure after the first hour out to about 8-hours. This issue has since resolved and products are returning to normal.

Some NextGen FOCUS 15-minute forecast products over South Africa experienced a temporary delay. Affected products included: Precipitation, temperature, wind, visibility, humidity, and pressure on Next Gen FOCUS over South Africa beyond the first forecast hour and at 15-minute intervals out to 8 hours. The first hour of 15-minute FOCUS products was unaffected. Products have since returned to operational status.

An upstream outage is causing delayed or missing Next Gen FOCUS Rapid Refresh data over the CONUS domain. Affected products include: Precipitation, temperature, wind, visibility, humidity, and pressure on a near-term sub-hourly basis.

This issue has been resolved and NextGen FOCUS Rapid Refresh products over the CONUS are returning to normal.

An upstream data outage resulted in degraded quality of precipitation products (Real-Time and Forecast) for locations across North America, Central America, and South America without radar coverage from approximately 19:10 UTC through 20:18 UTC

We are experiencing delayed or missing station observation ingest data since 23:34 UTC. Current impact is missing or degraded observations, resulting in degraded real-time forecasts.

The source of this issue has been identified, and a fix is being implemented. After a period of monitoring, this should be resolved shortly.
