    A backend update unintentionally altered routing behavior for a subset of partners. This change impacted conditional access to Microsoft 365 when Todyl’s IP ranges were explicitly defined in access policies. The update was quickly reverted, and a permanent code fix has been implemented to prevent this issue from recurring.
