We are investigating an issue preventing access to the Leadership, Content and Team Progress dashboards. Affected users see a “not logged in” message when opening these dashboards. We are working to restore access and will provide an update shortly.

The fix has now been deployed to Production. Initial testing indicates that the incident is resolved. We will continue to monitor closely in the meantime.

Access to the Leadership, Content and Team Progress dashboards has been restored. We have seen no further reports of the “not logged in” message during the monitoring period. The post-incident review process is in progress.
