We are aware that some customers using JWT SSO may be unable to sign in. Affected users receive a sign-in error instead of being logged in. This only affects JWT SSO, including JWT used for embed page or embed widget sign-in. SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect are not affected. The issue occurs when the JWT payload sends the iat (issued-at) claim as a quoted string rather than a number.

Between July 18 and July 20, 2026, some Content Action and Course Action reports in US-hosted environments did not display the most recent activity. This was caused by a temporary interruption in the pipeline that feeds our reporting system. EU-hosted environments were not affected. No data was lost — all activity continued to be captured and stored throughout the incident. The issue has been resolved, and affected reports have been updated to reflect the missing data.

The US region experienced a 20 minute service interruption between 1:10 and 1:30 PM PST when a EU-focused configuration change temporarily impacted a role used by the US database connection layer, causing a brief period of database connection errors. The permission was restored and connectivity recovered. A permanent fix has been applied isolating these permissions and the issue is resolved.
