Anyone attempting to take the BA/CA will see the following message: "The assessment site is currently experiencing a service interruption. Our engineering team is actively working on a resolution to restore access. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."

We’re pleased to share that the performance issues impacting the PI assessment site have been fully resolved. During our investigation, we uncovered that a specific type of assessment link was the source of the performance issues. Our team has implemented a fix and taken additional steps to ensure continued stability. All assessment functionality has been restored, including previously impacted assessment links, and the site is operating normally. We will continue monitoring the situation closely to ensure performance continues unimpeded.
