    Telesmart would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue with Inbound Calling for some customers. Our technical team has been dispatched and are currently investigating. Estimated time of resolution: To be determined Next communication: 30 minutes

    Our initial investigation has identified an up-stream carrier issue that is affecting some customers in the Wellington region. We will post updates as we receive these from the 3rd party carriers.

    It now appears phone numbers in the 04 (Wgtn) and 06 (Central North Island) regions are experiencing busy for incoming calls, outgoing calls to Vodafone mobiles are not progressing. We will provide further updates as we receive information from our upstream carriers.
