Microsoft is reporting that users may be unable to use various features or services within Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft received reports of customers stating that the communication was not visible in their Service Health Dashboard. This experience may occur if your organization was hosted in a non-impacted region, but you have users in the affected areas. They have expanded the scope of this post to ensure the message was visible. Final status: Microsoft's telemetry indicates that their service has fully recovered after applying various mitigations, such as rerouting affected traffic, and balancing the load. They will continue to monitor the service for an extended period of time to ensure there is no reoccurrence of impact. Scope of impact: This issue primarily impacted users located within or hosted through the Asia Pacific and Australia regions, but could have impacted any user if served through those regions as well. Users located in non-impacted regions may have seen impact when attempting to interact with an affected user.
