At 15:38 UTC, one of our core database clusters experienced an unexpected load spike, resulting in slow response times and intermittent errors for some users. Our engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and implementing measures to prevent a recurrence..
We have successfully stabilised the affected database server and error rates have returned to normal levels. While service is fully restored, our team is continuing a deep-dive investigation into the underlying cause of the load spike to ensure long-term stability.
We are aware of an issue causing timeouts during payment processing. The problem appears to be related to an upstream provider, and we are currently in communication with them while we investigate. We are also working on an urgent workaround to mitigate the impact.
We have implemented measures to mitigate the impact, and payment processing appears to have resumed to normal levels. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will react accordingly.
We’re currently experiencing service disruptions caused by an outage affecting our upstream provider, Cloudflare. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ As a result, some users may encounter 500 Server Errors when accessing webstores or certain areas of the Tebex platform. Our internal systems are functioning normally, but because the majority of our traffic flows through Cloudflare, we are affected by their incident. We are actively monitoring Cloudflare’s status and will provide updates as soon as the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The service disruption caused by the Cloudflare outage has now been resolved. Webstores and all affected areas of the Tebex platform are fully operational again. Our systems are running normally, and traffic has resumed without errors.
We are aware of an increase in declined payments affecting some customers due to a downstream issue with one of our card acquirers. The issue has been escalated to the relevant third party, and we are working closely with them to resolve it. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
We have implemented a number of adjustments on our side to help minimise the impact of the issue for affected customers. These measures are intended to provide some stability and reduce disruption while the downstream provider continues working to identify and fix the root cause. We will keep monitoring the situation closely and make further improvements where possible.

Customers purchasing FiveM assets may experience delays in asset delivery within the Cfx.re portal. Our engineering team is actively investigating the cause and collaborating closely with the Cfx.re team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While asset purchases are still being processed successfully, the delivery of those assets may take longer than usual to appear in your Cfx.re account.
The issue has now been resolved, and any pending FiveM assets will be automatically delivered within the next 5–10 minutes. We appreciate your patience while this was being addressed.
