We have noticed a general issue when sending invoices via the Peppol network. You will get an "External error" notification which will explain that the invoice could not be sent out. Receiving invoices via the Peppol network still works as expected. We are working to identify the issue.

We noticed some of the emails sent via Teamleader Focus are not being delivered to email provider Yahoo. This means that some of your emails sent via Teamleader Focus to Yahoo e-mail addresses will arrive delayed or not at all. We're working on a solution and will continue to keep you updated

We are currently investigating an issue where tickets are not being forwarded to Teamleader Focus' Shared Inbox because of a 'block' coming from our ticketing provider. We are currently coordinating with our provider in order to solve the issue. Tickets can still be sent out from the Shared Inbox module, but replies on those tickets will not be forwarded to the Shared Inbox in Teamleader Focus. However, all the emails and replies to tickets you receive will still be in your email provider inbox, so we suggest using that to manage your emails for the time being. We will update the status page as soon as more information is available.

We have encountered an issue where segments are not visible at the moment in Teamleader Focus. We are working on showing these again as soon as possible.

There are currently issues with the Exchange Web Services and the Outlook upstream provider, which might impact our Outlook integrations. We are currently monitoring the situation to make sure that these services can be restored as soon as possible once available again.
