While we continue to investigate, there is a workaround you can use. If your portal does not open on your custom website address, go to your standard TaxDome address instead, in the format yourfirmname.taxdome.com. Everything in your account works as normal there, and your clients can be pointed to the same address in the meantime. Our team is still working on the root cause. We will post the next update here as soon as we have one, and thank you for your patience.
