Starting at 10:06 AM PDT / 1:06 PM EDT, there is an issue regarding Eligibility calculations. The result is Eligibility data may be out of date for any new transactions starting at the above time. We have identified the issue and mitigated it. We are working quickly toward a full resolution.

AWS reported an issue in one availability zone affecting some of our services. We have mitigated the impact by shifting affected services to other availability zones, and error rates and API latency have returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

We have identified an issue which is causing delays in up to date information being displayed on the eligibility page in the dashboard, which affects the filtering functionality of the page. We are actively working on a mitigation.

Transaction data now visible in the Transactions page on the Taxbit dashboard. Newly ingested data will continue to be slightly delayed as we monitor the new replication process. However, live transaction data can be viewed on the transactions tab on the account details page. Transaction ingestion (via API and file upload) continue to be unaffected.

There is an outage with our cloud service provider (AWS) that is currently affecting many TaxBit services. We are investigating to identify the full impact and explore mitigation steps.

Issues with our cloud service provider continue to impact portions of the platform. Our engineering teams are actively working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Some services may be slow or temporarily unavailable. Login to the Tax Dashboard has been restored. Pricing data is potentially delayed in the Accounting Suite.

Tax API functionality has been restored. Cost basis calculations are now processing successfully and we are processing the queue of impacted accounts. Experience within the Taxbit dashboard is still partially degraded as dependent services recover.
