    We're aware of an issue affecting Agentforce Voice where users may experience intermittent failures when the voice agent doesn't capture or respond to input after the initial greeting, preventing completion of voice-based interactions. We identified the issue as being related to a connection failure between the voice service and its speech processing component. We're preparing a fix for deployment.
