    On July 8 at 17:00 UTC, we became aware of an issue where customers may observe an Agentforce icon in Sandbox and Production environments even when the Agentforce Default Agent setting is disabled. Our investigation has confirmed this is the Small Business Suites Employee Assistance agent, which is enabled by design for eligible organizations with Foundation. There is currently no organization-level option to disable or hide this agent. We are developing a fix and will provide another update as more information becomes available.
