  2. monitoring Jul 09, 2026, 09:02 AM UTC

We're aware that some customers are unable to log into their sandbox environments due to unexpected multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompts, despite having MFA exemptions configured. We’ve identified that a recent change is enforcing MFA and passkey verification and we’re preparing a rollback to restore services. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
