    We experienced a temporary issue today between 8:50 and 9:15 AM, which caused signed-in users to be unexpectedly logged out. As a result, affected users encountered access error pages when navigating the system and were unable to log back in during this time. The issue has since been resolved, and normal login functionality has been restored.
