We are experiencing issues generating AI follow-up questions in surveys that use this feature. Affected survey types: • Website or in-product surveys • Mobile app surveys. We are working on fixing it, and we will post an update soon.

We've identified that Email & Shareable Link surveys that use AI follow-up questions also experience issues generating the follow-up questions. We're working to fix the issue across all affected survey types. We'll post another update soon

The Google Sheets integration is currently experiencing degraded performance. Survey data may take longer than usual to sync to Google Sheets. We expect the delay to be resolved within approximately 12 hours. We will post an update once the issue is resolved.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting access to Survicate. You may encounter the following problems: • Inability to log in to your Survicate workspaces • Errors displayed on the home page after logging in Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a fix. All surveys are working and collecting responses as expected. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We have identified the root cause of the incident. The issue was caused by a faulty deployment that introduced a bug in the organization details endpoint, resulting in errors for some organizations. There has been no data loss, and the impact was limited to a subset of users. The fix has been successfully deployed, and the issue is now resolved.
