### **Root Cause:** Upon reviewing the logs and analyzing system behavior, it was determined that the underlying cause of this incident was identical to the issue experienced last Friday the 27th of September Link: [https://status.superoffice.com/incidents/w8hwbhkvm44l](https://status.superoffice.com/incidents/w8hwbhkvm44l) ### **Permanent Fix and Preventive Measures:** To ensure that this issue does not reoccur, a new version of the application has been released.
