    We have identified a error in MSGraph responses impacting Calendars for Personal Outlook accounts. The underlying error is also reported here. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2279133/getting-500-response-errors-to-get-me-calendars-al This error is causing calendars to fail to sync in Superhuman for users with Personal Outlook Calendars/Accounts. Gmail calendars are un-impacted. We are monitoring the bug from MSGraph and reviewing potential workarounds.

    Microsoft has identified the problem on their end, a fix is anticipated sometime on Friday, June 6. We have implemented a few minor workarounds to minimize the impact on Superhuman's calendar features. None-the-less, users with Personal Outlook Calendars/Accounts will continue to see degraded performance for calendar syncing. We are continuing to monitor.

    The fix has been implemented and released on Microsoft's end, and we are seeing sync events for Personal Outlook accounts return to normal. We will continue to monitor for the next 24hrs, but believe this issue is resolved.
