Stripo Outage History

We are currently experiencing degraded performance in the Stripo Web Editor. Some users may experience long loading times when opening emails, unavailable editor settings and editing functionality, or a “No internet connection” error. For users who already have an email open, changes should continue to be saved via autosave as long as the page is not reloaded. We are currently experiencing a service interruption affecting the image hosting server stripocdn.email. Starting at 23:48 UTC, the server stopped responding due to an issue on the side of our infrastructure provider, Hetzner. This incident impacts only those Stripo users who upload images to Stripo’s storage. Customers using their own external image hosting should not be affected. Our team has already contacted Hetzner and is working with them to restore service as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Start time: November 4, 2025, 00:00 UTC Affected component: Mailchimp integration (email export) We are currently investigating an issue that prevents users from exporting emails from Stripo to Mailchimp. The problem occurs during the OAuth authorization process — Mailchimp returns an invalid access token. Our team has verified that the integration flow on Stripo’s side is unchanged and working as expected. The issue has been escalated to Mailchimp’s engineering team for resolution. We’ll provide an update as soon as we receive confirmation from Mailchimp or detect recovery.
