- investigating Dec 10, 2025, 05:32 AM UTC
We are currently experiencing a service interruption affecting the image hosting server stripocdn.email. Starting at 23:48 UTC, the server stopped responding due to an issue on the side of our infrastructure provider, Hetzner. This incident impacts only those Stripo users who upload images to Stripo’s storage. Customers using their own external image hosting should not be affected. Our team has already contacted Hetzner and is working with them to restore service as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
- monitoring Dec 10, 2025, 06:32 AM UTC
We have now rerouted traffic to our backup channel, and the service is operating normally again. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update this incident once Hetzner fully resolves the underlying issue.
- resolved Dec 10, 2025, 09:14 AM UTC
The root cause has been identified and fully resolved. The outage was triggered by an incorrect configuration entry in the server’s filesystem settings, which prevented the system from starting properly after an automated reboot. Our engineering team accessed the server in rescue mode, corrected the configuration issue, and successfully restored the system. All image hosting functionality on stripocdn.email is now fully operational. We continue to monitor the service to ensure stability. Thank you for your patience.
