    Slowness was evident in the web application - browsing pages in the live classroom app, or changing slides in the presentation, for example. This was caused by a server utilization problem we had due to a mistake in a release. It was fixed right away changing the server configurations. Effect was noted between 3:50 pm - 4:20 pm UTC.
