    We are aware of an issue where some customers are unable to log into their portals on the first attempt and need to refresh the page. Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a permanent fix.

    RetentionEngine will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, February 19th from 7:00 PM until around 8:00 PM (EST). Don't worry! Customers will still be able to cancel their subscriptions from the Customer Portal, but the RetentionEngine cancel flow will be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
