    We're looking into an issue where new tickets emailed into the help desk are being delayed

    A spamming attempt was blocked which delayed some genuine emails. Our filtering configuration has been adjusted to avoid this. We're now seeing good ingestion and mail delivery times. Reach out to [email protected] if you are still seeing this issue.
