There were two issues related to Open Transactions in your system that took place on 28th January. Between 12pm and 3:30pm GMT / 7am and 10am EDT on 28th January baskets weren’t timing out as usual which resulted in an increase in transactions appearing in your Open Transactions panel. We've now fixed this issue and Open Transactions from this time should now have been closed. Between 10:18pm and 10:32pm GMT on 28th January, Opayo had an outage that meant transactions failed during that period. This may mean that payments attempted during this time are now appearing in your Open Transactions panel with payments to approve or delete. In order to clear these transactions, you should check your MyOpayo to see if the payments were successful or rejected and either approve and confirm, or delete these respectively. The Opayo outage will have only affected UK and Irish clients and will not have affected any clients using Spektrix Payments.
