Spektrix experienced a minor incident on October 15, 2026 affecting Spektrix Payments (Adyen), lasting 1h 45m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We're aware that for organisations using Spektrix Payments, the stored card function is currently not working. When trying to store a card, you may see the message “Card is currently processing and will be ready for use shortly”. This has been happening since 8pm UTC on Tues 14 Oct. Payments themselves should be going thorough fine on all channels, it is only the storing of the card that is currently not working. We're investigating the issue and will update here with any further information soon.

We've now identified the cause of the issue, and are putting in place a fix for it. Previous attempts to store cards that were delayed are starting to resolve themselves - you don't need to retry storing the card. We'll carry on monitoring the situation, and will update here with any new information.

We've now deployed a fix to prevent this issue reoccurring. All the stored card attempts that were previously delayed should now have completed.
