    JPMorgan has an issue on their side. We're currently experiencing issues with JPMorgan. Our team is actively investigating the matter and impact, and is in communication with the provider to resolve it.

    We have contacted JPMorgan directly and they have confirmed the issue is under active investigation. Merchants with JPMorgan-routed traffic may observe higher-than-normal decline rates. We are monitoring closely and will update as resolution progresses.

    JPMorgan experienced an outage on their end. Between approximately 6:55 PM and 7:30 PM UTC on April 27, 2026, JPMorgan's payment platform was returning 'error occurred' for valid requests, causing a significant disruption to payment processing. All systems are operating normally. Merchants with JPMorgan-routed traffic should no longer experience elevated decline rates.
