    This issue impacted the ability to update MFA settings when SMS was selected as an option. Additionally, the ability to create a new OvrC account was impacted. As of 1/14/2026 at 5pm the situation was fully resolved. We will dive deeper into root causes and provide you with details on how we will improve our services.
