    The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    Our redis cluster was down. We found the root cause and fixed it. Our API service is back. Our there's a backup in our async worker queue. We're ramping up our workers to drain the jobs in the queue. ETA: 6 hours to fully recover.
