   We're investigating reports of some merchants are seeing "Unable to load customers" when opening the Customers page in their dashboard. Subscriptions, billing, and customer-facing pages are not affected.

   We've identified a likely cause of the intermittent errors loading customer data and deployed a fix. Merchants should no longer see the "Unable to load customers" message. We're monitoring to confirm the issue is fully resolved.

   We've identified an issue preventing some staff members (but not Admin level staff) from logging into Skio. We are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, it can be resolved by having an Admin member log into Skio > Account > Users and updating the permissions for each user to allow Access to each section of Skio.
