Zwischen etwa 13:50 Uhr und 14:20 Uhr war der Login in sipgate Web-Accounts beeinträchtigt. Darüber hinaus sind Kunden aus den sipgate Web-Accounts sowie der Web-App teilweise ausgeloggt worden. Die Ursache wurde gegen 14:00 Uhr identifiziert und die Beeinträchtigung um 14:20 Uhr final behoben. Seitdem ist der Login wieder funktional und man wird nicht mehr ungewollt ausgeloggt.
