    We are currently experiencing display errors in our dashboards due to failures in our asynchronous mechanism caused by issues with our provider. Therefore, we will activate the synchronous query mechanism to unblock dashboard viewing. Our technical team is working with the provider to identify and resolve the issue permanently

    We are going to implement a production change to provide a permanent solution to the error occurring with the asynchronous query mechanism. During the implementation of this change, we will keep the synchronous query mechanism active to ensure uninterrupted visualization of the dashboards.
